You should often eat green vegetables, carrots, pumpkins, apricots, mangoes, red peppers, blackcurrants, strawberries and raspberries.

Get a good night’s sleep

The skin, the same as the whole body, regenerates at night. If you want to look and feel good, you must get about eight hours of sleep each night.
