Trying to obtain such the appearance, some particular cosmetics and certain make-up techniques have to be applied. Basically, there is one basic rule to follow: we have to highlight those parts of our face that we would like to emphasize and darken these spots, which we want to camouflage. What is more, all the cosmetics applied (concealers, highlighters, bronzers, powders) have to be precisely blended. Otherwise, we will wear colourful smudges and stains on our face. Another worth mentioning point, it is advised to use several different make-up brushes while contouring face. These bigger ones are for application of loose cosmetics while the smaller brushes help with putting on liquid products.

Technique No. 1 – Classic

Prepare the following cosmetics: a bronzer, a concealer, and two types of blushers, a liquid one and pressed. Start with marking edges of the face and bridge of the nose with your bronzer. To do this precisely, use a wide make-up brush. Next, apply the concealer of one tone brighter than your make-up foundation. Put this cosmetic on tip of the nose and the chin, above the brow bone, as well as under eyes starting from inner corners of the eyes and ending on outer corners. Now, reach for the liquid blusher and apply it on the cheek bones. The loose blusher has to be put on upper and front part of the cheek bones. Obviously, blend all the cosmetics wisely.

Technique No. 2 – Daily Highlighting

In order to contour face in such a way, you will need: a concealer, a luminizer, which is a brighter version of a regular highlighter yet enriched with sparkling particles, a bronzer and a liquid blusher. Reach for the concealer and apply it on inner corners of the eyes and partly under the lower eyelids. With the bronzer, mark middle part of the forehead, the chin as well as the cheek bones and bridge of the nose (stamp the cosmetic on so-called eye level and then smudge it towards nose’s tip). Now, take the luminizer and apply it under the eyebrows, on the cheekbones, on the upper lip and in middle part of the chin. After that, mark the cheeks with the blusher, namely, the very parts where your natural blushes tend to appear. Obviously, do not forget to blend all the cosmetics applied.

Technique No. 3 – Fashion Model

Collect five cosmetics: a concealer, a highlighter, a bronzer, a luminizer and a pressed blusher. Take the firstly-enumerated product and apply it under the eyes, on the forehead but only between the eyebrows (draw two vertical lines), under under eyebrows, on the chin (draw three lines, on both sides of the ips and under the lower lip) and near the nostrils. Now, reach for the highlighter and apply it on the spot where outer corners of the eyes are located. After that, cover the chin, the cheekbones, the temples and sides of the forehead with the bronzer. Now time for the luminizer. Put it on the nose bridge and under eyes area. Start form outer corners of the eye and end in the middle of lower eyelids. Mind you, the cosmetic has to match the highlighter. The blusher has to mark your cheekbones. Naturally, blend all the products precisely.
