The availability of so many beauty products saves us. We can gift the skin with all it needs. Still, we must keep in mind that cosmetics aren’t enough. Let’s remember ten beauty care rules, letting us keep the skin healthy and beautiful.

Suggesting a product is a common answer to the question about the best face and body skin care. It is a good idea but an effective skin care must be comprehensive – from the moment you get up till the evening beauty rituals. Another key thing is matching it to the skin type.

1. Remove makeup every day

Makeup removal is the basis for a daily skin care. You can forget to apply a night cream or serum. It’s nothing wrong. But you cannot go to sleep with your makeup on. Cleaning is a key stage allowing for the night skin repair. While you are asleep, most of the cellular renewal processes take place. Taking makeup off and cleaning the skin facilitates the absorption of a product you apply before sleep, too. You must be aware that impurities, toxins and makeup build-up settle on the skin, causing irritations and helping bacteria develop. A quick road towards acne breakouts.

2. Moisturise your skin regularly

Keeping the body hydrated is a popular topic. We are encouraged to drink a given amount of liquids on a daily basis. It’s a good thing because water benefits your skin, hair and nails. A good moisturiser (infused with urea, panthenol, hyaluronic acid, honey, aloe or a different humectant) must be used every day. A regularly-done exfoliation, e.g. once a week, is an easy way for getting rid of dead cells, enjoying a silky smooth skin, improving the blood flow and nourishing.

6. Stimulate the skin micro-circulation

From time to time, treat yourself to some relaxation and massage. The skin is going to benefit, too. A gentle massage stimulates the blood flow for an effective delivery of nutrients and vitamins to cells. After such a massage, every cosmetic is absorbed faster and more active substances penetrate the deep skin layers. Deeply-nourished skin is the result. Massaging the skin with fingertips while spreading body or face products is the easiest way. Use a special glove if you like.

7. Nurture every inch of your skin

While thinking of skin care, we usually mean the body skin and a bit more delicate facial skin. On the other hand, we mustn’t forget that the skin on hands, feet and chest needs some attention, too. Naturalness is among the most important commandments. Our skin loves natural ingredients e.g. plant extracts or oils. On the other hand, it doesn’t get along with preservatives, parabens, silicones, artificial colorants and aroma – all the substances that don’t come from nature. To have a beautiful healthy skin you need to choose products that are made up of simple ingredients and based on natural substances which neither overburden nor irritate the skin like alcohols.
